2- Aesthetic sense of doctor in shaping teeth is very less. Its individual's responsibility to make sure the shape of treated tooth rightly matches to existing ones.
3- While taking appointment, Always make sure to confirm your appointment number, because secretary misguides on call about your turn.

I recently visited Dr. Faisal’s dental clinic due to tooth sensitivity caused by an injury from my toothbrush. Initially, my experience seemed fine as he conducted an x-ray, diagnosed the issue, and offered two treatment options - root canal or temporary filling.

Opting for the temporary filling, I was relieved to find that it provided me with 15 days of pain-free relief. However, my experience abruptly took a turn for the worse when I returned to have the permanent filling done.

Dr. Faisal’s behavior towards me during the appointment was odd, repeatedly questioning if he had used needles during the previous procedure. This confusion was frustrating and concerning, as it displayed a lack of professionalism and competence. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of my troubles.

During the process of applying the permanent filling, Dr. Faisal made a significant error by excessively grinding down my teeth. This mistake has left me with ongoing pain and discomfort for the past five months. To make matters worse, I still experience a strange sensation when touching my face, suggesting that the procedure was not performed correctly.

One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience with Dr. Faisal was his unprofessional attitude and poor communication skills. When I sought his assistance regarding the ongoing irritation, he responded with a dismissive and disrespectful tone, stating, “I don’t know what the hell is the issue with you.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a healthcare professional.

Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the clinic and the lack of a proper appointment system were additional drawbacks. Dr. Faisal’s clinic consistently appeared dirty, which was concerning for a place focused on dental hygiene. Additionally, the absence of a well-organized appointment system added unnecessary inconvenience and frustration to the already disappointing experience.

Based on my experiences, I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Faisal’s dental clinic for any dental procedure. His lack of professionalism, poor communication skills, rushed approach, and subpar results make him an unreliable choice when it comes to protecting and preserving your dental health. I encourage you to seek a more qualified and professional dentist who will prioritize your well-being and provide the quality care you deserve.

This place is a joke. I have never rated any professional clinic 1 star but I wish I could rate this place 0 star. I called Dr.Faisal and he suggested an appointment at his clinic at 7pm. I went there 10 minutes before the due time and let the receptionist know that I have an appointment at 7pm and she posed that she was going to let Dr.Faisal know about the appointment. I kept on waiting in the waiting room till 08:20pm , with my nephew as he also needed to have consultation for his his teeth. This place needs to improve the booking/ appointment system Or they are going to loose a lot of business in the future. We went to another clinic and were treated more like humans and all the business was given to the place without any hesitation 😁
