Pompei Italian Restaurant

For me the Chicken with Fresh Mushroom Sauce was the star of the show, but the spaghetti served with it was spicy but tasteless and the chicken could have been more succulent. It still tasted great though. I'd have to pass when it comes to the Chicken, Spinach and Feta Cheese Pizza, the Feta Cheese is an acquired taste and certainly different from our palette. The Creme Brulee was good, however it would do better with less granulated sugar at the top.

As for the place itself.. quaint, elegant and just too welcoming. The ambience itself makes this place worthy, especially when you go there during the afternoon, granted the weather is nice.

Do pay them a visit, not many places like this in Karachi.

So I chose to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary here and ordered a candle light dinner to surprise my better half... The atmosphere, ambience and decor was lovely and staff was very polite and cooperative... We ordered mushroom cream soup and topped it off with maincourse by four cheese ravioli and stuffed chicken. The soup's single serving was enough for two. Moreover the raviolis were almost extra stuffed with cheese making it very heavy on stomach but mouth watering at the same time... Stuffed chicken was stuffed with butter and spinach and happened to be a lovely combo... Really enjoyed my special night and thanks pompei italian to make it better. 5 star in all 🔥

Been coming here for years, it’s never disappointed. Margherita pizza is a nice way to start. Then a nice steak. The place is best for dates or with friends. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. Just a great overall experience. If you’re a regular you can expect complimentary desserts. Can be heavy on the wallet but for sure worth it.

A quiet oasis nestled away in the old Racecourse. We wanted to try the Grain fed Beef from New Zealand unfortunately it wasn't available. The next best thing on Menu was American Angus and boy what a treat it is. The regular domestic steak which was exceptional only paled in comparison with the American Angus. Absolutely loved the experience.

I went there for my birthday and let me say it was a very memorable experience because of an authentic Italian experience for sure! Highly recommend. Will visit again if time permits.

After ages went back to pompei they have the same food taste. Nice place to hang out

This is a nice place to eat. They have indoor as well as outdoor areas from where you can enjoy the view of some greenery....
I visited it on the valentine's Day❤ so they had some special giveaways for us.
They had a special valentine's Day menu as well.
As usual we asked for their specialties.
We ordered red snapper fish 🎏
Beef steak (sorry don't remember the name)
And chocolate lava cake.

Main course was good. The amount was a little less satisfying to appetite but tasted really good... Usually I don't like beef or mutton steaks but this was definitely worth eating again.
DESERT was awesome.. we came to the conclusion that one can visit Pompeii just for that lava cake...... Mouth watering 😋

One of my favourite restaurants to go to day or night. Love the ambiance, the food, the vibe! It's a bit expensive but good portions. If you're on a budget, the authentic Italian pizzas are great. They taste just like the ones I ate in Rome. I've done business meetings here, as well as celebrated family affairs here. It's comfy and classy all in one.

Always love being at Pompei. The service and ambiance is amazing...be it for a romantic dinner or an official get together or just casual dining. Its wondering for all occasions. The food is great (on a pricier side though.. but this is a fine dining place)

Also, their Rib eye steak, Med well is out of this world. I am sure it's probably the best steak in whole of Pakistan. Sea food chowder soup is also very good. The seating, the ambience, service all top notch. Also 20% discount if you use Faysal bank platinum credit card. You will get your money worth here. Probably this restaurant is among the top 3 in Karachi.

Pompeii is fine dining and exquisite ambiance at its best. It's dimly lit environment is great for having a conversation. The food is generally amazing. Have mushrooms for starters then all the poultry and fish entrees are also good!

Nice ambience, good outdoor seating. A full moon and pleasant weather made it better. Food was really good. Service great.

My all time favorite place to be , such a gem hidden inside. The staff is courteous, with your requests heard and cater for. Ordered medallion steak and oven roasted chicken, both were absolutely great. The steak medium rear, cooked to perfection. Paired with rocket leaves and chicken with wedges. The chicken juicy and moist.

Splendid food. Great ambiance, nice, relaxed and quiet. Love the spinach and artichoke dip.

Great food. Service is good too. Variety in the menu. Had the grilled prawn rissoto and beef medallion with mushrooms. Both were excellently cooked with well balanced flavours. For dessert we had the Italian bread pudding. It was delicious as well
