One of my favorite joints to visit when I’m in Karachi… Okra Test Kitchen. If you don’t then you are missing out on something amazing.

While the atmosphere, ambiance, and staff at the restaurant are undoubtedly commendable, my sentiments toward the food remain uncertain. This indecisiveness has lingered since my childhood, and despite revisiting the establishment to date, my culinary experience hasn't notably improved. Despite the restaurant's acclaim, I find myself questioning the hype, especially when compared to my unequivocal appreciation for the breakfast, sandwiches, breads, and pastries at TK. In a city where delectable dining options are becoming scarce, the dessert lava cake stood out as a delightful exception. Additionally, my admiration for their eggs Benedict, as showcased in my display images, remains unwavering. However, beyond these highlights, the overall culinary offerings seem somewhat lackluster.

The food had a stretched delay in being served, but other than that, great food, great service, and great ambiance! Loved it and will definitely go again!!

What can one say about food at Okra? There food is just perfect...they know there meat understand their temperatures and the food is just cooked exceptionally well. The only thing I don't like is the month long reservation.....

Okra – Consistently the best fine dining restaurant in Karachi. The menu comes without a price; but so is the food there, priceless. Beef, chicken, seafood – all cooked to perfection with balanced flavor in almost every dish I’ve tried so far. The only place which is up there to compete with top international restaurants.
The place is a quaint little eatery with pleasing pastel interior. Since the space is small, it is better that you make a reservation well in advance. Per head cost comes around PKR 4-5k at least. Pictured: Crab Linguine and Tiger Prawns (both highly recommended)

Yeah you have to take reservation a month before, but it's worth it.
