Definitely need more medical shops like this in Karachi as everything is conveniently and affordably available. In all aspects better prices and service than Kausar and Time Medico.

Love their promotions, and interactive website, however a little adjustment is needed in terms of browsing the website, human friendly, design and showing what’s in stock. I will continue to choose SuperMed over Kausar and Time as long as this affordability, flexibility and adaptability stays! Additionally, medicine and other needs are fulfilled and available to the comfort of your home! Exceptionally one of the workers, Osama, has provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service and is an example how one goes over and beyond for customers, as once one of my mother’s glucose strip brand was not in stock anywhere and I texted SuperMed quite late after closing, and this young chap arranged it all within hours the next day! Keep up the great work Osama, we need more of you!

Very good and speedy service . Even if medicine is not available its arranged expeditiously. Their delivery is within no time and their delivery person Osama does a great job in giving fast service.
