Once Upon A Time Cafe

It was an amazing experience from communication to execution. I booked The Eve package and to my surprise they upgraded it without any charges which made our event more special.
The ambiance, decoration everything was outstanding. Specially the person who served us throughout our visit was too humble.
The food was good as well which is another plus point as I wasn't expecting quality food (as I thought their focus would only be on decoration) but I was completely wrong and each and everything we ordered was amazingly delicious.
Do visit if you're planning any special events like birthdays, anniversary, farewell etc.

So I along with a few of my friends went to Once Upon A Time - OUAT Cafe and Basement. to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the experience was nothing short of amazing!
Although we made the booking for their basement at the eleventh hour, they were courteous enough to accommodate us and catered gladly to all the changes we told them to make in terms of the buffet menu, decor, etc. So kudos to the customer service! 🌟
Coming to the food, we opted for their Buffet which included Sticky Wings, Stuffed Rolls, Twin Steaks, Fries (Additional), Fettuccine Alfredo, Red Chilli Chicken and Fried Rice. All the dishes were really good; however, the stars of the show were definitely the Sticky Wings and Alfredo. 🌟🌟🌟
The food along with the decor, Karaoke, PS4 games, etc., costed us Rs 1000/head.
Absolutely loved the whole experience! Needless to say, my go-to place for celebrations now.

I really loved this small cosy themed cafe which serves diverse food variety along with spectacular decor for Birthdays.
The staff and particularly the manager is a polite and cooperative person.

Had a great time at a friends birthday party hosted in their basement. They had decorated it elaborately with Karaoke and Playstation set up acted as great ways to have a fun night with friends. Can easily accommodate groups of 10-15 people. The basement can also be booked in advance for date nights if you want to have that special night out with your significant other.

We celebrated our friend's birthday at their basement and it turned out great! They arranged everything from decoration to food. The place is aesthetic for pictures.

It is wonderful place to go to if you are looking for something different in Karachi. The seating arrangement, the decorative library, the ambient lighting, the variety in food of almost each cuisine from different parts of the world. Besides these, there are board games that you can engage in with as a family or as couples. There is a room in the basement that can be used if a group of say boys only want to dine in and smoking is allowed in that room in the basement. So yeah it caters for everyone's preferences. I recently had a dinner invitation and had a really great 3 4 hours with everyone. It is also a great place to have some indoor photography with different hats and fun items available to match with the exceptional decoration of paintings on the wall .

Good food but needs better presentation of the restaurant. Otherwise a lovely place to hang out with friends

Very welcoming staff. Good food. Cosy ambiance. And wonderful decor (They decorated a whole corner for our anniversary). We had a good time.
P.s. they have a rooftop and basement available for booking as well.

Ambiance of OUAT basement is amazing and exceptional. There is no match. Also in food, beef steaks beats everything aside.

Good quality food with attractive interior and they gave me complimentary wings which is a bonus overall a good to to dine in with friends!
