Avari Towers Karachi

We had a most enjoyable 11 day stay at Avari Towers and were impressed by the courteous, professional service of the staff we came in contact with. The quality of the breakfast and meals at Asia Live was excellent, as was the food delivered by room service. No detail was spared by the housekeeping team and they maintained a high standard throughout our stay. We were impressed by the laundry service which was prompt and well done each time.
The ambience of the lobby and Cinnamon lounge worked well for our meetings, and the entire Front desk team, especially Rashna were warm, friendly and responsive to our needs. We look forward to our next stay at this lovely hotel.

I would love to first day thank you to the servers at Dynasty. Thank you to Mushroor for the amazing service that he has provided to us. Thank you for the hospitality that that have shown. Thank you for providing us with a delicious meal and a small birthday cake.

The food was amazing. It's the first time that I have come after a very long time. And quality and quantity was amazing.

I would definitely rate Dynasty a 9.5/10 stars.

Suggestion: Add just a pinch of salt in the egg fried rice.

I stayed at this hotel from Feb 17 to Feb 22. We had a very nice time. Especially, Tanveer , who was in charge of bed making on the 7th floor, was the best. His work was perfect and we had a comfortable hotel life every day. He made me want to stay at this hotel again. Last but not least, his smile is the best.

The place was clean and tidy. Ravi was super nice and explained everything. He offered to maintain the room and i was happy with the service. I had no issues, room service was quick. Food was good. Overall a good experience and will come again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by Ms. Shakuntala and Mr. Asghar Ali from housekeeping. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail have truly exceeded our expectations. I am deeply appreciate their hard work and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction.

The room service was good a the staff is also supportive and the environment of the hotel and all over the food and the hygiene is matinee by the staff. A mostly the the Shakuntala, Amir and Asgar ( house keeping ) they are very helpfull and take care of the all service and behaviour is also polite and good.

We were at dynasty for dinner and my daughter had to use the washroom. As we got out of the restaurant, a humble lady from the Avari staff, named Shazia, helped me direct the way to the washroom. She came all along and also asked for any help she could be of. She was also really sweet to my son and conversed well with him. Amazing and helpful staff at the hotel. Thank you for your service.

It was my first time in Avari towers Karachi. I found the hotel and services very well. The staff is supportive and behaved very well. Especially, Ms. Shanti, from Asia Live restaurant, politely and great during my stay. She always helped during our breakfast and lunch hours. Hats off for such great service.

Overall the services is good managed by Ghulam nabi. need to improve the food quality of SKY BBQ. Add some creative menu and reduce the tradiotional menus from the list

Great experience regarding food, Mr. Yousha served me during the lunch buffet at Asia Live Avari Towers during my 4 days of stay. He's a humble guy with very decent and professional behavior. I wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

The ambiance and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding. All the waiters were smiling and provided perfect service. The food was fresh and nicely served. Overall we had a lovely experience and will definitely come again.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Avari Hotel during my recent visit to Karachi, Pakistan. Despite a busy day at the reception with many check-ins and check-outs, I received a warm welcome. The manager on duty personally assisted with my check-in and even upgraded me to a business suite at no extra cost, which left me thrilled.
The room was impeccably clean and tidy, though there was room for improvement

Avari provides an unrivaled experience of luxury, comfort, and hospitality, I'm a regular customer. Sadly, the stay this time wasn't very great. A special for mention for the staff member Shanil Ahmed, who eased me by making available certain welcome accessories that my room was missing and should've been available by default and he made them promptly available. Lastly, the welcome fruit never became available even as I'm checking out of the hotel right now.
I hope Avari takes a notice of this and provides better services next time.

Beef Jaali kebab and Chicken Masala biryani was unbelievable and dessert Turkish baklawa was delicious.. Moona served us she is very nice and polite and soft spoken thanks to Avari

During my recent trip to Karachi for work, I revisited Avari Hotel after a year. The moment you step in, you're greeted by the impressive grandeur of the tower, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The courteous staff ensures a swift check-in, valuing your time. The rooms boast cleanliness, comfort, and stunning views, while the room service maintains high standards. Overall, Avari Hotel continues to impress with its grand ambiance, attentive service, and great room experience.

Excellent service at Sky BBQ by Mr. Khalid Ahmed. He is very nice, polite and friendly person. He provides us the best services along with his team members. Well done boys. See you soon again.

I stayed at the Avari Towers for 10 days for a work trip and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel amenities are wonderful, from the breakfast to the 10th floor lounge (which I was not given clear information about but I found it!), to the grounds (the pool is nice to look at). The staff are truly wonderful--they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. The rooms are very clean with good light, if a bit small, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I would prefer to stay here over the PC or elsewhere because it is a more manageable and smaller size. Thank you to all the staff including my housekeeper who did a great job (room 1018) and Rashna at the front desk.
