Hindukush Heights Chitral

I will remember the stay at Hindukush Heights forever, that much I can say. The room has a nice view overlooking Chitral Town and even nicer to view the sun rises over the valley. The staffs were warm, courteous and friendly and I even had the pleasure of having dinner with the hotel owner, Mr Siraj ul Mulk who shared some stories about the hotel.

Attention to details could be found all over the hotel, from the small heater placed in the bathroom, the wooden carvings in the decor, cosy lounge areas, fire place in the dining hall, etc. the list goes on and on. You just need to slow down and take in the view inside and outside this boutique hotel.

Getting to Chitral by road wasn’t a really good experience for me but once I arrived at the hotel, I forgot all about the travel to Chitral. Come during the low season (Feb - March, Aug - Sept) for better room rates and not a lot of other guests at the hotel.

Had heard a lot about Hindukush Heights long before the trip was planned also! And the place met all the expectations, plus a whole lot more!!
Most impressive, nay, the cherry on top of the icing, is the couple who owns and runs the place!! With a level of quiet efficiency seen rarely at such facilities in Pakistan. Nothing is overdone, and yet nothing begs for improvement either!!
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the toilets fitted out very well and very clean, though in some areas the Internet signal may tend to be a little weak!!
The selection of the dishes served for breakfast and dinner reflects the tasteful hand of the owner and not much room for improvement in this area!! The same hand is visible in how smoothly the staff operates, and how enthusiastically!!
A lovely place, and for me, the only choice in Chitral!!

This is an amazing place to stay at when you go to Chitral. The rooms are very nice and the view from its windows is beyond amazing. The garden is also very beautiful and has a nice view of the mountains across the valley. The food here is excellent. All the fruits and vegetables served here are grown in a garden at the hotel, they are really fresh tasting. The service is excellent and the people here are extremely hospitable.
Would definitely come here again!

What a visit we had. The view is spectacular. The service was more of a six or seven star rating. The locals were very kind and helpful. I miss this place.

Amazing rooms with views. Hotel has a deep cultural heritage; even famous people have visited the place, like Rober Deniro, Pres Musharraf etc.

Staff is friendly and cooperative; maintenance standard is excellent. Extremely well made site and managed well.

Best place to stay in chitral, amazing view and great service. Rooms are spacious, tidy and comes with balcony for beautiful view of chitral. Breakfast is not included in room fare so plan accordingly.

What an absolutely gorgeous get-away tucked in the hills of chitral. All their staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was super delicious made with their own produce.

Live like a royal here. From its hand carved wooden furniture to the immaculate views from the room's balcony to the best swimming pool in chitral. Perfect for family or a honeymoon trip.

Note: swimming pool opens up for a short while 11-4pm if I'm not wrong.

We went on trip to birmoghlasht and while coming back we decided to stay in this amazing place. My friends and were shocked to see the beauty of this place and the humbleness of the staff. It was a beautiful experience life ever had offered

This hotel has hosted many celebrities and big hollywood stars. History is embedded in this hotel wall. View from the room is mind blowing. You can see the airport in the valley directly from the hotel balcony.

Best hotel in Chitral city, the staff is very professional and quick, the rooms are clean and nice. The owner has been in hospitality business from past 30 years so he knows what's he doing.

Excellent hotel with great owners and great staff. Rooms are nice and clean (clean bathrooms). The food was one of the highlights with and they were nice enough to tailor there buffet menu for our kids.

They also have a very nice 2km trail around the hotel which is quite enjoyable.

One of the best hosts ever met. It's owned by a noble family who are step ahead in hospitality. Lovely place with great care and lookafter. Food is hygienic and tasteful to enjoy the appetite without worry

A place where you can spend your quality time with your loved once

The view is probably one of the most serene I've ever seen! Ypu can see the whole valley right before you, the river, the airport, and green and then the slate mountains! What a icon!

Also just btw, the lentil soup and salad they offer is to die for! Totally a must try!
