City University of Science and Information Technology also known as City University situated on Dalazak Road. It is one of the famous private universities in Peshawar. The campus is clean and well maintained. Well structured and having much facilities. Parking and play ground available.

I'm still student of City university and very satisfied from all faculty especially our Electrical Engineering Faculty.

City university Peshawar is one of the top universities. I like it because its staff is most qualified and hardworking The expences are less and affordable. All the staff is cooperative and civilised. The university has also a clean and wide canteen. The rates are quite reasonable. My children are in this university and known for their ability and efficiency because of this university.

Being an Academic Coordinator, I believe the City University of Science & Information Technology Peshawar instilled lifelong confidence in students, reflecting in their studies and grades. Students' learning can be solidified and focused on strengths that support their future academic and professional endeavors.

Best for computer science & IT. I have visited over 1 month peshawar university & agriculture as well to take admission but to knowing about his education system and facilities like Computer LABS etc. I had to refused to take admission. And now i am in city university to pursue my bachelor degree in Comp-Science and extremely happy that i took admission in here.

City University of Science & Information Technology, (CUSIT) Peshawar is one of the first private-sector universities, chartered by the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), permitted by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The University is an extension of Peshawar Model Educational Institutes (PMEI), founded in 1979 with an aim to impart quality education at an affordable cost.
Initially, a primary school was established by Muhammad Zahoor Sethi (Founder), comprising just one moderate campus with 300 students. But, in due course of time, the continuous efforts of our highly qualified faculty and dedicated management paid off and resulted in the establishment of nine separate school campuses, three degree college campuses for boys and two degree college campuses for girls, with a combined strength of over 21,000 students.

Recognizing the extraordinary reputation of PMEI in providing quality education from primary to bachelor level, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa granted the charter of City University of Science & Information Technology, Peshawar on 30th August, 2001.
The 1st Convocation of City University was held on 8th April, 2004 in which degrees were awarded by the then Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lt. Gen.(R) Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah to the 87 successful graduates of MCS (Executive), MBIT (Executive) MCS, MBIT, M.Ed, B.Ed, and MA (English). 4 Gold Medals and 3 distinction certificates were also awarded to the outstanding graduates.
In the 2nd Convocation held on 24th November, 2005, 176 successful graduates of BCS (Hons), BSE (Hons), BBIT (Hons), B.Ed, M.Ed, MCS, MBIT, MBA (B&F), Ex-MBA and MA (English) were conferred degrees by the then Governor Khyber Pakhtunkwa, Mr. Khalil-ur-Rehman. 10 Gold Medals and distinction certificates were also awarded to the outstanding graduates.

In the 3rd Convocation held on 30th November, 2006, 163 successful graduates of BCS (Hons), BSE (Hons), BBIT (Hons), BBA (Hons), B.Ed, M.Ed, MCS, Ex-MBA, MBA, MBA (B&F), and M.A (English) were conferred the degrees by the then Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lt.Gen (Rtd) Ali Muhammad Jan Aurakzai. 12 Gold Medals were also awarded to the outstanding graduates.

In the 4th Convocation held on 14th February, 2008, 220 successful graduates of BCS (Hons), BSE (Hons), BBIT (Hons), BBA (Hons), B.Ed, M.Ed, MCS, MBA, MBA (B&F), Ex-MBA, Msc. Mathematics, MA (English), M.Phil (Education) and Ph.D (Education) were conferred degrees by the then Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Owais Ahmed Ghani.14 Gold Medals and 6 merit certificates were also awarded to the outstanding graduates.

If you really want to study computer science subjects than this is the best university to be.I think this university is a Paradise for students for those who really want to study but yeah this university turns out to be a really pain in the *** for those who just want to pass their time and who just want to make friendships and waste their money and their precious time..
