I feel utterly disappointed. My cousins went to this convenient store to buy food. The staffs didn't even mind giving them decent seats. The reason? It's because they wear casual yet comfy clothes. However, when a car came(with those expensive looking people inside) the staffs didn't even hesitate and offered seats. There is still discrimination up to this days? Find decent staffs instead. (I will not even want to step foot in your convenience store.

Staffs are quite good at discriminating 🙃. Just because of their casual outfits, you treated my younger brother and my cousin differently? Don't you have any orientation about customer service and stuff?

To explain what happened, my younger brother and my cousin went to the store to buy food and find a place to eat. There were chairs inside the store but no tables. My cousin asked if there were tables available, but they said there weren't any. Then someone in a car came and they brought out a table???? To make matters worse, they told them to get out in a not so nice way??? What kind of attitude was that???If someone looks rich, they can stay inside, but if not, they have to eat outside?

Please, please, recruit staff members who have a good personality. Include in their orientation to minimize being judgmental because not everything is how it seems. Let what happened today be a lesson for your staff.
