Their Cliqq machine needs to be fixed. I went there to cash-in money worth P5000 to my gcash. It said on the machine and my receipt slip that there is no convenience fee but when I was at the counter about to cash-in it read on their cash register monitor that there is a P50 convenience fee. I tried to reason out that there’s no convenience fee LITERALLY “0.00” in my receipt slip and it was also was shown on the Cliqq machine but the cash register just told me “ganyan naman po talaga pag gcash may fee talaga” which made me really frustrated. I hope they fix this issue because this is literally frustrating and there was also no notice on the amount that there’s going to be a convenience fee at.
