7-Eleven

The first 7-11 in the city. Conveniently located, with a cozy little table inside the air-conditioned store (prime real estate, first come/first served!), and open 24hrs. The only place that sells CP load with no extra fees and delicious snacks for everyone, young and old! Hands down has the best, real coffee bean brew in town for the perfect price ($0.40c USD for an 8oz Americano!!!!) paired with a donut, steamed bun, sandwich, cookies, or chocolate. Yum! Extra seating outside with friendly, attentive, alert security guards and clerks. Love this place!

This store is strategically located in the heart of the city and along a national highway. So you could say that it is accessible by everyone. Since it is quite near major banks and lending institutions, there is a police station nearby, so needless to say that it is more safe and it adds some degree of peace knowing that a law enforcement office is nearby. There is quite a space in front of the store for parking, sufficient enough before the edge of the national highway. So parking adds convenience to customers with vehicles. For most of the branches of 7-eleven elsewhere, this branch is a bit bigger than usual. During my last visit, I didn't observe that there was a table and a few benches for eat-in. But perhaps things have changed after that. Good selection of goodies, there is coffee dispenser as usual and of course there is that signature sundae as with most stores nationwide. So good and thumbs up! It is not a 5 rating because I have visited other 7-eleven branches in other parts of the Philippines, in Taipei and KL, and I can say that it is not as impeccable in terms of cleanliness and sanitation as with the other branches.

Accessible for road trip stops.
