What kind of training are you giving to your staff? Because the way they act makes it seem like you didn't give them any customer service training at all. They're no better than some bums you picked off the street. They act as if having customers is the biggest offense to their job. They order their customers around even when nobody else is in the store and they could've done it on their own- you know, because that's their job? That's what you hired them for. What's the point of having employees if they're just going to order the customers around? Might as well just put a self-checkout machine if they don't want to do their jobs. It is such an uncomfortable shopping experience to have these people frown at you when you come up to the register. It doesn't feel like a convenience store at all. I thought the whole point of a convenience store is that it's CONVENIENT. CONVENIENT FOR THE CUSTOMER. NOT YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES.
