The last time i get there to have my coupon from coke panalo code to get my price, they rejected me because they don't know what I'm talking about, but it clearly states in coke website that the branch is capable of giving the reward. I end up going home with nothing.. And coke just get their location for complaints. I guess they need to train their staff on this, aside from that everytime I go there the click app to be use on certain transactions is not working.

This shop is just always so "out of stock" of everything....anything you ask from the staffs the normal answer you'll get is "wala kami stock mam". And all the staffs seem all disinterested in doing theirr job - you don't really see them lively and are not helpfful always. When I said "always" I meant always because I go to this shop almost every day as I pass it by my way to work. Guys you really need to improve your shop's item availability as well as your service, people are already noticing the loopholes. I even said today to one of yours "does the owner knows what is going on in their shop?"...because if not - I can arrange and tell them the complaints myself.
