A Delicious Start: Breakfast at Kape Ilokano, Roxas Isabela

My brother and I recently had a fantastic breakfast experience at Kape Ilokano in Roxas, Isabela. The cafe itself is a gem - modern Filipino chic with a clean and tidy atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing morning meal.

We opted for their signature black coffee, and it lived up to the hype! Strong and flavorful, it was the perfect pick-me-up to start the day. But the real star of the show was their longsilog. The longganisa, bursting with garlicky goodness, could easily rival the famous Vigan longganisa. It was cooked to perfection, alongside a perfectly sunny-side up egg and well-seasoned garlic fried rice. Each bite was a delightful combination of textures and flavors.

The service was another highlight. Our barista, Ronald, was incredibly friendly and courteous. He made us feel welcome and ensured our breakfast experience was top-notch.

Overall, I highly recommend Kape Ilokano for anyone seeking a delicious and satisfying breakfast in Roxas Isabela. The combination of great coffee, fantastic food, and friendly service makes it a must-visit spot.

Friendly mom and pop cafe spot just right above Paw prints Vet and conveniently located on the Highway.

Food and drinks are very affordable, portions are just enough. The drinks are legit and you can taste the Filipino if that makes any sense.

They also offer ube bread, waffles and Italian style soda as well.

It's a nice place to hang out in the day I would imagine. Take your kids, your rents, your date.

The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the bugs at night are a bit annoying.

Otherwise I recommend them as everyone should support their local businesses.
