First Sinanglaoan

So yummy and so sulit. Must visit place in Vigan. They are open early in the morning and can cater heaps of people. Tables and chairs are plenty and arranged spaciously for the comfort of the costumers. Sarap talaga. You can pick your own preferred part and you can ask for your soup to be refilled.

the food is beef based soup, and if you are a meat lover, you will definitely love this and and you can ask for more soup if you like, and that soup alone can be as good as you eat and savor it with rice or arozcaldo rice (sticky rice flavored with ginger and garlic)

We came all the way from the South (somewhere in Cavite). My cousin and her husband, wanted to taste the best dishes of Ilocos Region. Since we’re here in Vigan, there’s no better way to start the day with a very late breakfast of Sinanglaw. Sabaw pa lang panalo na! It was a first for them and they liked it! Even my 10 year old nephew and chief cook uncle loved it! Extra soup and extra rice was badly requested! Their resto only serve Sinanglaw, Arozcaldo, unli soup, rice and soft drinks. A must try Ilocos dish whenever you are here up North! 👌🏻❤ Btw, this is a new location.

This is one of the places that I will always visit when I am in Vigan. For me, this one of the best offals soups in the Philippines. It's so hearty and it is a favorite meal along locals to start a busy day. You can eat unusual meat cuts and organs like heart , and testicles. If you are adventurous with food then this is the place to be in Vigan.

One of Vigan's specialty and my favorite. Its way way better than bagnet and longanisa and its not being flocked much by tourists. Better go hear early morning 7am onwards for breakfast as lines could be long and stocks specially of special parts ran out fasts. I highly suggest the tongue part its the most juiciest and most tender meat I've ever eaten.

Sinanglao is one of the famous dish in Ilocos. When in Vigan, it is a must try to be able to really say that you've experience Vigan. There are lots of stalls or restaurants that offer sinanglao but one of the best I've tasted so far is from Vigan First Sinanglaoan. If you want to try, just visit the Vigan Post Office.
Most people might get confuse because the location of this Sinanglaoan is inside the fences of Vigan Post Office. Lots of people, locals or tourists, come here. If you plan to come here, be early because they only serve until 1:00 pm or until supplies last. Yes, it is so delicious that is why it is always in demand.
