The facade of the building isnt great but the rooms are clean and breakfast is great. Broken bidet on our room

Great value for money

Friendly and helpful staff, close to public market, restaurants and Calle Crisologo, nice and clean rooms with working hot and cold shower, good breakfast. Wifi is not the best and limited parking spot. Good experience overall.

Mababait ung staff kaso wala wifi. 1 time nagtry ako magtanong kaso di nabigay, nung 2nd attempt di ko naman na gets hahaa. Sana meron nakalagay sa room. Then ung shower, ang hirap gamitin ng hot and cold. Then walang sariling keycard, need pa mag approach ng staff. Mejo nakaka abala din kasi un.

Had a great stay here, lalo na pagdating sa food and room. Ang ganda ng rooms nila and ung free bfast hindi tinipid. Pero besides that wala na akong ibang marecommend. sana mapa improve pa nila ung mga services nila, free wifi, magkaron sana ng roofdeck para makita mo ung sight ng city, etc. Hehe!

Great location as it's next to the market. Room is cosy but dusty, which can be seen on the ceiling framework. Breakfast is terrible and internet doesn't work. They pretend that they have and router is turned on but no internet. Each time we called front desk there's no answer you have to go down and find someone. Staff are friendly but I believe it's poor management as our room didn't even have toilet paper, shampoo and soap. It's a gloomy place with a negative vive.

Good location. Free breakfast is not good. No free wifi. Dirty water coming out of the faucet. Sometimes no water comes out at all. Service is not also good. They tried to put us in a very small room. But I insisted that they put us in the garden view room us what is indicated in my reservation.
