The place has potential. Great ambiance. Food selection needs updating. Nothing special.

Just a great place to hangout and just relax sun up or sundown. But it transforms with the lights at night.

Food 3
The menu is too small. Not much to select from but the food is decent. nothing special. I go here for the view.

Price 2
Pretty expensive for Tacloban standards. I would say eating a guiseppes is about the same price.

Pizza is to expensive for the size and quality.
Lazana is Pricey, nothing special but acceptable.

Service 3.5
Service was friendly. But they need to be a little more attentive.

Parking 2.5
They now have a designated parking lot. Its a bit of a walk. Unpaved dirt.

nice ambiance! very cozy, but the food was disappointing, not worth its price. bad tasting past,pizza and empanada. replace the chef. lol
