Now if government can reach other areas in Philippines and we have this kind of speed...we'd be the best in asia in terms of internet connection. Who needs the lousy service of those known telcos whose even have a cap on their poor service. Only in DU30 government did i actually see for the first time this kind of speed. The PLDT ad is just an ad with real. Their 10mbps fiber optic connection was simply lousy...didnt even get to 1mbps...and it even came to no connection but they have a lot of excuses for that though.

I just like to travel from office to BIR. ☺

They're service is sucks how come this was called government.
Not even organized.

It is so bad we've been waiting in line for hours from 7 a.m-3 p.m and they closed before 5 they only accommodated less than 20 persons what's the point having numbers reaching hundreds when you couldn't even get past 30 (registrations), the process takes so long. Also not enough fans for those who are waiting.

Conversation with BIR Employee.
Me: Saan pwedi kumuha nang TIN ID or Certification?
BIR: Para saan po?
Me: For Valid ID and employment requitements po.
BIR: Employed kana Sir?
Me: Yup, start ako next week. Employment requirements po.
BIR: Meron po ba kayung Certificate of Employment.
Me: Wala pa. Kaya nga ako kukuha nang certification or TIN ID so that makapagtrabaho na.
BIR: Kaylangan po nang COE eh.

Pagka bogo na lang gyud sa mga animal!!!

Government workers are inside an air-conditioned room while the taxpayers, the life blood of any state or government wait outside in humid and warm area. No information desk available, they want you to stay outside and wait your turn. They even post a photos of their past regional directors outside the their lobby area. Given the reputation of the BIR, that is not something to brag about. Everything wrong with the government is represented on this office.

Their systems and processes could use some improvement.
