This is a perfect example of outdated and poor banking conditions in the Philippines. They have a number system but it is not followed still need to get in queue and been waiting for almost 2hours. Several employees are just chatting and while customers are waiting for so long. Avoid this BDO branch if possible.

Bdo SM San Fernando Branch

Sana baguhin yung working hours posted online. Nakalagay doon until 7pm. Pero pagdating doon, until 5pm lang.

We came there 4:59pm. AYAW na magpapasok ng guard, closed na daw. Pinakiusapan namin since iba yung working hours na posted online. Ayaw din daw pumayag nung teller sabi ng guard. Knowing senior citizen yung account holder and need ng over the counter transaction. Plus from other town pa kami nanggaling. Ayaw talaga pumayag.

Sobrang bagal ng services sa firstfloor. Yung mga teller kulang at halos masungit at parang inuuna pa ang chismis. Damihan sana yung teller hindi laging isa or dalawa lang tapos chismisan pa. Annoying 2.3 Hrs halos ang waiting namin dito pinakamabilis na yata yung 1HR. Jusko nasasayang ang oras namin.

Super bagal ng service..nagpasa ako dispute form last december kung hindi pa ako nagfollow up di ko pa malalaman na wala pa din sila pinapasa para sana on processing na dahil 40 days daw ang hihintayin kelan pa nila ipaprocess ang pinasa ko? pls. lang po do your jobs naman

Staff are not friendly lalo na yung nasa counter 3 nag withdraw ako over the counter masydong imbyerna sya diko alam kung may pinag dadaanan ... itong branch na ito hindi recomended at all pangit service ..
