Worst road, worst traffic, no street lights, and now they implemented the no sticker no pass rule. Even for couriers and PUV. They even charged their own residents for passing their so called "express toll gate". Old stickers of solidarity route will no longer accepted even though the new stickers are not yet available or out of stock. This express toll gate charge mostly open 24hrs. My recommendation find another route or get stuck with heavy traffic.
