Mang Atoy's Tapa, Porkchop, Atbp. - USPS Branch

Hi. In fairness with this restaurant their food has distinct taste that one will can surely be fond of. I've dined there for like approx ten times already. There is just one thing that I REALLY DISLIKE with this branch of Mang Atoy's... that is the QUALITY OF THEIR DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was late afternoon, it was raining heavily and I had to commute from work and I felt that I needed to eat first before going to my destination so I decided to drop by at their resto first BECAUSE I WAS STARVING.

So I requested for my order and I handed them my 500 peso bill. I had 550 pesos in my wallet, and the price of my order is 65 pesos. And this is what they had to say:

"Ma'am, wala kaming barya sa 500, nagpabarya na kami ng dalawang 1000 kanina wala na po kaming barya..."

She said that to me implying that they CANNOT accommodate ME...So I said, pretty much with irritation:

"Ganun nalang yun? Nag effort kayo sa nakaraan niyong customer tapos hindi niyo ulit gagawin sa'kin yung ganung effort..."

and our conversation went on...and the point is they didn't want to make an effort for me. I asked for their manager's number, which of course they didn't give.

Alam niyo bakit wala kayong barya? Kasi wala kayong customer. Alam niyo bakit wala kayong customer? Kasi ganyan ugali niyo.
