BDO Cavite - Naic Branch

It’s was a great time going in BDO Naic. The employees was nice and accommodating.

Great service and there atms are always available and also near at food stand great for rewarding yourself after a tiry day :)

This bank is clean, they are strict for the purpose of the safety of the customers/clients. There location is convenient.

Good to see bdo from that area, big place can accommodate many people

Today is friday jan. 21, '22. BDO-Naic is closed even its just 2:37pm. There website says that they are open and even whats printed in there building says that they are open mon-fri 9am to 5pm but this time they are closed without notice tsk.

Unable to help with online app. Customer service not able to serve customers efficiently, will be changing banks. Unprofessional behavior and attitude towards doing their jobs and no accountability even though job is to serve and help customer.

WORST BDO BANK I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY ASKED MY PARTNER A 2 VALID ID, AND WE PRESENT TO 2 VALID ID, AFTER CHECKING THE ID, NOW ASKING FOR BARANGAY CLEARANCE. AND THEN I TRIED IT MYSELF, I PRESENT 4 VALID ID WITH ADDRESS!!! BUT STILL LOOKING FOR BARANGAY CLEARANCE? WHAT THE HECK IS YOUR PROBLEM BDO NAIC! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. PROVIDE OR INDICATE IT IN YOUR REQUIREMENTS! SO THAT THE COSTUMERS WILL KNOW THAT BARANGAY CLEARANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN YOUR BRANCH! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

Tumawag ako para magtanong tungkol sa pag-open ng account pero nagtaray lang ang staff na nakausap ko. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Nagcheck ako ng reviews at nakita ko na pangit talaga service nila.
Kahit kapatid ko may hindi magandang experience sa BDO Naic.
Kung pwede lang maglagay ng zero star rating dito, gagawin ko.

Buti na lang, nagdecide ako sa BDO Tanza mag-open ng account.
Friendly and very accommodating ang mga staff.
Kahit mas malayo ang BDO Tanza sa area namin, sulit pa rin dahil maayos ang pakikitungo nila sa mga customers.

Sa mga mag-o-open ng account, sa ibang branch na lang kayo pumunta, ma-i-stress at sasama lang ang loob nyo sa BDO Naic branch.

Worst Bdo Branch! Mabagal ang process ng opening ng account. You have to wait for so many hours. At ang katwiran 2 lang daw nagpprocess. My god poor service. You should have replaced your staffs mga atat pa umuwi.

Priority lane, pero halos kaparehas mo lang ang treatment sa mga di naman buntis or matanda. Tapos yung hindi naman matanda, or buntis makikita mo may number ng pang priority. Very poor service. Kung alam ko lang sana dumiretso na ako sa BDO Tanza kahit malayo. maayos ayos pa duon.

Yung mga guard hindi na ngpapapasok wala pang 2pm. Mag-oopen sana akong account para gamitin sa SSS.
