Had the worst experience today here. Despite being at the counter ready to pay, the counter assistant, Leonisa refused to accept my Maya Visa debit card, citing that Maya is not an accepted payment method.

This was particularly frustrating as your website clearly states that Visa is an accepted form of payment.

To add to the inconvenience, we had to search for an ATM to withdraw cash, further delaying the process and causing unnecessary frustration. I hope you can address this inconsistency in payment policies promptly to ensure a more seamless experience for your customers.

horrible costumer service. the installer don't show up on set date. the worst part you have to call to find out. and it was at 3 pm. the second time they came at 4:30 PM. wasted time. it happened twice. one for my 55" inch flat screen and now the front loading washing machine. it's was the LG installer. if they are not a super large company. people will no go to this store. i know they don't care about my review. i just hope people do.
