Very secured place to get money from atm machines

Nakalimutan ko kuhanin yung name niya sobrang na appreciate ko yung effort po malaking bagay na makuha ko yung sahod pang gastos namin . Thank you po ate sana lahat kagaya mo po na willing mag assist sa lahat kagaya ko na hindi familiar sa mga transactions sa banko 😊💖

It's very accessible because it's along the highway. This is the nearest BPI branch from my house so I basically go there every time I need to. The space is okay - not big not small. I think they should work on their service since it's usually busy and crowded.

As expected, I received a courteous, efficient, and excellent service from my queries with their CSR.

Make sure your tummy is full if you need to do over-the-counter transactions and be patient, sa sobrang haba ng pila minsan aabot sa 3-5 hours bago makumpleto transaction mo. You can't go out kasi kapag lumabas ka to eat or even take an important phone call at wala ka sa loob, di ka na iaaccomodate. Yong place for ATM transactions, okay naman. Kampante naman kaya lang madalas din walang fund pag weekend.

Transaction: Claiming my ATM card and updating Pin

I applied for ATM card change last Dec 6, 2023.

It took me more than 1 hour just to claim my ATM card. Sigh, BPI hasn't change for the last 5 years. I experienced a slow process and at least an hour of waiting in all BPI branches I've been to.

3 stars for the professional service from CS #7. She effectively resolved my concerns and fulfilled my requests despite my account being opened in a different branch. Thank you po.

If you plan to visit this BPI branch, be prepared to wait patiently, as it may take long hours to be assisted by their customer service personnel. I arrived around noon and spent 3 hours in line before my turn to talk to their CS. This isn't uncommon for me, as I've faced similar long waiting times in other BPI branches, especially in Metro. Remember to bring your own water, a source of entertainment and arrive as early as possible, as you'll be waiting outside where the weather is very hot.

Minus 2 stars because, as of today, BPI hasn't balanced the number of employees with the volume of clients coming in and is micromanaging their staff, especially the security guards. The security guards have assumed an additional role as "client service agents," which is NOT their responsibility after all.

I am tottaly dissapointed to every tellers here at bpi gentri. They are worst. Im waitng to call my number and after 1 hour they just ignore my quece then. I felt like that they dont want me because i bring a lot of money for my transaction is bills payment. Im sorry if i say this. This is my experice everytime.🙁

I need to open a payroll account but unfortunately, I have insufficient number of valid IDs. I was advised to have 2 valid IDs for payroll account. A month later, I presented my 2 valid IDs, now they are asking for 3 valid IDs. The infomation varies depending on teller. Maybe a month later they will ask for 4 valid IDs. On top of that, they have this number system in accomodating their clients, I have N26 but they are already serving N80, they don't even honour and follow their own system. I waited 3 hours for nothing. They are the nearest branch from my place but I guess there's no convenience in going there.
