Ano na J&T? Unreachable buyer lagi tinatagged nyo or self pick up request ng reciever khit di nmn kau nag attempt mgdeliver. Juskopo. Ilang weeks ko na inaantay order ko!

You lost my parcel and keep informing me that it is delayed. Asked me to pickup but then when we got there you said it’s not ready for pickup. Now don’t tell me that you have my package? It’s obvious that You lost it! So i cancelled my order.

Worst Service EVER! Parcel was shipped on December 17, wasn't delivered till now January 11. Courier doesn't want to answer the phone and lie that we requested to self-pickup the parcel even we were never contacted, after numerous calls to customer service and promises that someone will contact and deliver, nothing happened. Result is canceled parcel and returned to seller. Great job J&T customer service and rude couriers are getting worse day by day.

December 17 parcel still at dasma F branch. 11 days elapsed still no concrete updates to the whereabouts of my order.

Delayed delivery super delayed if ur parcel will go through this facility.

Pls. Kindly coordinate naman po sa mga customer nyo . Magbigay nman po kayo ng update para alam naman ng receiver kung anu na ang status ng parcel . Sana naman tumawag dn ang mga riders or txt man lang . Ung parcel ko 2 times na unsuccessful ang delivery. Wala naman natawag

24 ako nag order hanggang ngayon wala parin sakin yung parcel ko! Ano na wala ba kayong balak i-delivere parcel ko bayad shipping fee, tapos ako mag s-self pick up! Nakakaperwesyo samin lalo na kailangan yung parcel.

Walang notif na out na yung parcel, tapos maglalagay sa details na "Buyer Refused to Accept Order" Kahit wala naman ako natatanggap na deliver or walang pumupunta na rider. Madalas tong ganto sa dasma hub! Tamad tas ibabalik na agad sa seller kahit 1 attempt pa lang.

Ano na J&T nung december 18 pa yung parcel ko sa dasma f hangang ngayon wala pa ding nag ppickup na delivery rider pakiayos naman ng service nyu!!!

Sorting facility Dasmarinas F branch Nung Dec 18 pa nandyn sa Inyo parcel ko ayusin nyo trabaho nyo gentri lang Yan galing umabot ilang araw nauna pa order ko galing Valenzuela. Saan ba pwede ireport branch na to natabunan na parcel ko mga buysit

gusto pick-up. ayaw i-deliver khit kasama dood-to-door delivery nung bumili ng item. tpos ang comment item#1: "buyer refuse to accept order" pag di pinick-up yung item.
item#2 : "delivery attempt was unsuccesfull, buyer is unreachable". wala nmn nagpupunta sa bahay na magdeliver..
