Exponent

From Paoay Church our travel group heads to a gas station in the intersection between the roads going to Laoag City and Paoay Sand Dunes. It provides relief for our stomachs (and bio needs) having traveled a long, long distance to Ilocos.

The gas station has a canteen serving delicious breakfast meals. They have hotdog, corned beef, chorizo, but since you are already in Ilocos, why not go for longganissa, right? To complete the breakfast Trinity - just add egg and fried rice. Yum!

They also have a variety of condiments to add the flavor of your meal and added bonus, they gave hot soup for free! I paired my Ilocano longsilog with their must-try "sukang Iloko" (Ilocos vinegar). It tastes delicious!

True, the cr has a long line but why be so choosy? A gas station conveniently located at the intersection clearly draws lots of stoppers by. Just be fortunate there is something accessible in the area when nature calls.
