Customer service is worse, they let you sit outside for hours while clients who are known to staff or security guards can enter straightaway and transact their business while we're only after the same withdrawal transaction and it happened thrice. So closed my account & will never use this bank ever again. 😒

Queues are terribly long, and it’s always a pain to transact with this bank. They seem inefficient and there is a clear lack in manpower, especially their customer service

Poor service... napakatagal ng service ng branch na ito. Walang silbi na pumila ng maaga.. pang number 4 or 5 ka pero sa loob pag titignan hindi naman nakipila sa labas ang mga nakapila na iba sa loob. Napakatagal ng customer service. Imbes na maaga matapos dahil maaga dn nakipila.. wala din palang silbi
