Amazing service from the nurses and doctors. They looked after my girlfriend, had stitches and then 7 days later returned to take them out.
Bring change to pay to replace equipment used and to pay the nurses.

Despite what reviews say, I had a pleasant experience here.

I arrived at 8:15am for an X-Ray on a National holiday and was seen at 8:30am.

The hospital is run down on the exterior for sure and has some empty rooms and ghostly quiet corridors but the X-Ray was cheap for my foot (450 pesos). I believe prices can go up to 2000 pesos and maybe more but I can’t confirm.

I’d advise bringing lots of change as they didn’t have a cashier when I went. I was however told that was because of the National Holiday.

They don’t print your X-Ray so you need to bring a phone to take photos of the result.

Hospital Needs improvement and funding from the government

I live in south east Asia since over ten years, and I have a lot experience with the hospitals in here. But this was one of my worst experiences worldwide!! Absolutely unprofessional, unfriendly, incompetent and of course all staff there was more interested on there mobile phones instead of the patients! I saw people there brought there after heavy motorbike accidents, fully damaged! No one cares of them! They lay there for hours! No supply of water or anything else! After I gave one of them water, cause he was thirsty as hell the nurses shouted to me not to do that! Unbelievable! Horrible! To my case. I had a accident a day before and I was sure my hand is fractured! So I went there to do an x-ray to get knowledge for the next steps. So when I was called for my x-ray I followed the nurse to the x-ray room and she just shouted to me to sit down! I don’t get any protection for the x-rays to other body parts! When I asked for that that guy just said “no need”! Super unprofessional! After my results came out it toke ages to get a diagnose. And than the best of all… the “doctor” say everything is all right and print me a recipe for the pharmacy! In fact, my hand was fractured! They didn’t saw it or they just ignore it! I don’t know. But one thing is for sure. This hospital should be closed and all of the staff including the “doctors” should get fired! With a lifetime prohibition to do the job again! If you wanna die, go there. Most horrible experience ever, ever, ever! Avoid this “hospital” guys. Take care about yourself. It’s better.

Worst hospital I ever encounter , laboratory not available. The reception scheduled me for ultrasound at 9am ,but when I get there they've just told me to come back at 1pm. ,it's like it's easy to travel when you're pregnant very inconsiderate staff

Boyfriend got surfboard hit against his ear, blood came out of it so we decided going to this hospital. when we got in they were eating snack and didn't greet us while looking in our eyes. we described what happened, they checked his ear and said they couldn't see anything wrong with the eardrum. she said there were two wounds, inside the canal and outside. then she put anti inflammatory ear drops in and said it would hurt a little but will go away very soon. the ear then was feeling a lot of pain, so much actually my boy started to squeal and half crying. he asked if this was normal. the nurses sat at the desk and were eating like nothing is wrong. after 10 minutes the pain was just the worst, boyfriend couldn't handle it but was forced to keep it in. after 15 minutes of sweating and in a lot of pain he could take it out. we asked if she could look again to check the eardrum, she said nothing is wrong and she looked at him like he was just overreacting. they even gave him an injection because of his scream of pain!! So that's just you easy way of quieting things down huh?
the next day we went to surigao city and went to their doctors. they said there was a hole in the eardrum. Not allowed to put any liquid in it because it will make things worse. dapa has disappointed us. not listening to their patients and big lack of responsibility.
