PNB Siargao Island Dapa

Has an ATM that works with my foreign (Australian) bank issued MasterCard.

PNB Siargao Dapa is one of the most visited bank in Siargao. It is only small and it gets very crowded easily. I noticed that most of the big business owners here use PNB almost everyday for transactions.

Note:

-very long line every bank hours.

-waiting time before your turn takes 1-2 hours (my experience)

-only two counters are available but still depends on employee if they feel diligent. Otherwise, only one will operate.

Been waiting here now for an 1¾ hours to deposit cash. Avoid banking with these guys on the island if you don’t have to.

The worst bank branch for PNB by far. You have to wait for manager when she feels like coming in. Staff will pass you around just to get a bill paid. No sense of urgency nor sense of trying to help. A plain NO to get things done.

Not the best bank in Philippines but the island has scarce of access to bank. Deal with them if needed and avoid if possible. Just to deposit it takes 2hours. Only 1 teller and 5 other walking around.
