Barrel Spot Surfhouse

We had a blast at bamboo surf resort, I don't know why it says barrel spot. it helps if you can rent a moped. They have a good location to check out all the spots around, food was good the owner gave us tips on what to do and what times. Everything is closer than general Luna so not a far ride back from your adventures. We don't surf but the view and the waves from the beach look amazing. We will come back again in the future. We stayed three full days and didn't have any dull moments. Also they have good wifi and service.

We stayed in the Apache Surf Villa which is located here. Chill Spanish vibes with Spanish food. The Hamburger was the best i had in Phillipines.

Just on the main road and easy to find Food was very good Had pizza and a salad with fruit shakes All very tasty and the pizza was very nice I recommend this place for food and a stop to relax

Highly recommend! Brought home a Papa Carlos sauce with me, and must try their pizza and chori burger.

Serving is big and price is reasonable. Hope to visit again someday.

Had a super fun stay here! Location is walking distance to the beach/surf spots and all the other fun places to be! Food and drinks are 👌🏼 Rooms are airy and clean and provide that great island life feel. Mosquito nets are provided for hanging above the bed! Owners are super cool and accommodating! Best people to hang out with!

Pizzas are 10/10! Really delicious- definitely get the chorizo.
Owner is also really friendly!

A chill space with the best food and even better people - it exists! The tosta boquerones were so good and the plato de abuela too! Can't go wrong with the pizza or calzone. Get the chorizo since they're homemade and really just 🤯 will definitely return to siargao for this place and their food 💯

Best place to go if you just want to chill. It’s a little far from the party center GenLuna, but the place, food, and most especially the crowd is all worth the extra mile. They’ve revamped and upgraded their menu and all I can say is that their chorizo pasta and boloñesa pizza are to die for! Relatively great prices as well (especially compared to GenLuna)! Definitely my favorite place in Siargao!

It really feels awesome to know that Barrel Spot reopened after the typhoon happened.
Barrel Spot revamped! Better and improved! They make their own artisanal Spanish chorizos (Papa Carlos), which you should definitely try. Come and visit them!! You can easily spend couple of hours having good conversation over good food and drinks with the super friendly locals in the hood. Kudos to the owners, Bango and Micah! 👌

The vibe here is immaculate ! Great music, skate pool and cheap beer. Plus the food is on point. Stopped for a quick lunch and ended up hanging around for a few beers.

The vibe os this place is amazing.
Special place to rest, feel the Philippine style life, where the food is amazing, perfect for surfers , even if you are beginner or an expert. The island hopping that they organice is fantastic cause is just for few people and you do not go to the typical islands where all tourist in general luna go.

I recommend this place 100% and waiting to have the opportunity to come back again!

Awesome place, in a really cool location super close to the beach. Great surf instructors. The food is excellent, the owner makes his own chorizo and the pizzas are some of the best in siargao.

This is THE diamond in the rough. There must be a reason it is one of the still standing institutions that seems to be surviving the covid massacre.
The chorizo is mindblowing, the pizza is great, even better if you combine both!
