Good place to visit, nice hotel very clean room and bathroom, stay here and relax.

Prices of rooms are not updated. Advertised/posted rates on fb/google & messenger are not the same upon check in. Make sure to update your rates on your socials for easy reference to your future clients without getting confused with the rates. Overall, it was a nice, clean & affordable stay. The rooms, alley, & receiving area are well designed & have a nice interior. God bless!

The room appears to be quite aged. I originally reserved a double bed, but I was given a twin bed, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the elderly lady at the front desk doesn't seem to smile, and the overall staff hospitality is lacking. There are issues with the bathroom, as it tends to flood, and the water has a yellowish hue, so it's advisable not to consume it. However, they do provide clean drinking water and glasses in the room. The towels have an unpleasant odor, and the room itself smells rather unpleasant, reminiscent of urine. The water pressure, especially in the shower, is severely lacking. Additionally, there is no clothes rack or trash bin in the bathroom, and they ran out of toilet paper, which was quite inconvenient. The beds are noisy and uncomfortable, and the bedsheets are of poor quality. The blankets provided are actually duvet covers without the duvet inside, which was unexpected. On a positive note, the air conditioning functions properly, and there is a complimentary breakfast, albeit with limited options. The hallways are not well-maintained, and we briefly ventured onto the balcony in front of the building, but it emitted an unpleasant odor, so we promptly left. It's evident that their cleaning standards need significant improvement, particularly in ensuring clean sheets and a well-maintained bathroom.

I’ve been trying to contact them for days to have a booking, they did replied to me but it was very inconsitent conversation. I’ve called multiple times, they did answered one time and instructed me to send a text message of my full name. I called to confirm & finalize my booking yet they replied to me 3hrs after just to tell me to call again to confirm the booking???? Waste of time.

I dont like the attitude of the old women in front desk. Not recommended! Not approachable! She is rude. That is why we moved to another hotel.
