Food may be on the pricey side, but all of our orders taste good. We also got the outside dining, but it wasn't as humid as expected. It was actually relaxing, even at lunchtime. The staff were also nice. The view of taal was spectacular.

Excellent service by Sir Dave. Food is a bit on the higher side but well worth it. Good for a special occasion. Awesome view chill and elegant atmosphere. Filipino music in the background. You can sit outside or inside. Recommend to make a reservation for the best seats in the house. Family friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a Filipino brunch at Rosario's by Vikings in Tagaytay, and it was an unforgettable experience. Good food.. It was a little bit crowded when dined there on a weekend- lunch time.. Much better to have a reservation.. We waited for almost an hour for our table. A little pricey but still okay because the food is good and also you are paying for the view(taal lake) and the ambiance.

Impressive restaurant with plenty of space and an excellent view of Taal. This place can accommodate a lot of people and each section of the restaurant has plenty of seats. The best views are outdoor and you also have great views indoors. The traditional Filipino food was well worth it with excellent service.

Very delicious food, good view and less crowded to enjoy view even though we went on weekends. Waiters and staff were polite. Toilets are clean and stocked with basic necessities. You can sit inside or outside, while outside was overlooking the Taal. Very pleasant experience. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful view of Taal from your table or on the terrace. Superb flat white coffee. Delicious Buko Melon juice followed by delicious Dinaguan, Pinakbet, Pancit and Bulalo. The service was great and fast. Highly recommended.

Rosario is very accessible, restaurant is just across Summit Ridge. Upon entering the restaurant, you will be assisted and greeted by the receptionist (better to reserve esp. on weekends and holidays). We visited Rosario last April 5 (lunch) and surprisingly almost all the tables are taken. The place is clean, spacious with high-ceiling.
We ordered Pakbet, Adobo sa Dilaw, Palabok, Bulalo, Lumpia Shanghai, Lumpia Sariwa and rice( i just forgot if its tinapa rice). Serving can be shared by 3-4 pax depending on your appetite. Indoor and alfresco dining is available.
To make your dining experience memorable, panoramic view of Taal Volcano can be seen with its floor to ceiling glass window. There's also inhouse musicians who'll render 2-3 songs of your choice.
Juice bar is located in the center of the restaurant and you can see staff prepare your shakes and juice.
The only downside is the smell of spoiled food (you can smell it in the parking area and in the driveway).
But over-all, food and place is great and you won't hesitate to recommend it to your fam and friends.

We shared a family style meal with five of us that was supposed to feed 6 to 8 and it was so much food. Very delicious. Such a variety of things to try. And the grand finale was a beautiful tres Leche mango cake.

This restaurant is so huge and has a nice interior, excellent views, panoramic windows, a high ceiling, and a view deck. It has everything about how a place with a tall view should be designed.

Food is excellent; Special Bulalo is pricey but very good, not greasy; and soup is refillable.

Their tawilis is good, and the scallops are cheesy and tasty.

Their pancit canton is saucy and awesome. I also like their lumpiang Shanghai because they use quality wrappers, making the texture so good.

It's perfect for a taal view experience; we love it.

Price may be a little high but its definitely worth it. Dishes we ordered were flavorful and servings are already good for 2-4pax.

The place is nice, cool and also have a great view of Taal.

Wide selection of food (Filipino food, Cafe delights ++) & so much tables & chairs for everyone to be catered.

We ordered the Margarita Pizza, Carbonara, and 6 pcs Chicken wings (flavors: spicy buffalo, parmasan & bbq) -all are a 9.85/10!! So good!!

Mango Shake - 10/10 THICK consistency & the sweetness comes from the ripe mango talaga.

Service is great! The waiters were able to accommodate all our requests (tissue, honey, extra fork+)

Their card terminals have a tendency topak (not push thru with the payment since the internet is slow), so please be patient with them.

Recommended to bring family here. Crowded by noon/after noon time.

Rosario by Vikings is one of the newest and best restaurants in Tagaytay. Their delectable food, commendable service and instagramable venue are just 3 of the many reasons that make Rosario worth visiting. Hanging out and dining with family and friends in this place will surely make your trip to Tagaytay complete, memorable and special. Additionally, you can hold special events here. My son's intimate wedding was held here and it was definitely so hassle-free. Thanks heaps!

Bulalo 10/10 very tender and perfect for the atmosphere of the place. Must pair it with patis,calamansi and sili to have that very satisfactory bulalo experience.

Pancit Guisado 100/10 would definitely make you crave for more. Noodles were cooked perfectly. This is a must try. My new favorite dish.

Lumpiang Shanghai 10/10 my son could'nt get enough of it. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Sisig 9/10 adequate proportion of meat, liver and onions.

Bolognese 10/10 a must try for pasta lovers. Really have that italian flare to the dish.

Fried Chicken 9/10 not your fast food kind of chicken but it's the real home made kind of chicken, a bit dry.

Beef Tapa 10/10 has that perfect chew that I always look for a tapa.

Chicken asado 8/10 not a fan, a bit dry.

Bangus 10/10 big piece and seasoned perfectly and definitely a fresh catch. Perfect pair for the atsara and salted egg.

Embutido 10/10 balanced

Drinks 10/10 my kids loved the fresh mango and the vanilla milkshake

Chiffon/sponge cake 10/10

Silvañas 10/10 improved a lot and has a very good amount of buttercream

Service 10/10 even though there's a lot of customer, the food was served in a timely manner considering the queue. Besides, the view was really scenic and could take away some of your hunger. The best viewing spot of taal in Tagaytay.

Great ambiance and nice view of taal volcano. Food was excellent, bulalo beef is so tender. We love the lumpia shanghai too and all other food served to us. We. Definitely a must try and next time we go back we will try the outside dining. ( we did not try it this time because it started raining ).

Breakfast buffet is great! They offer free buffet for birthday celebrant for the month of visit. just bring 4 paying adult. Corned beef is good. They don't have maki, but they have kakanin, puto bumbong is superb! They have taho station too, salad station, omelette, salad station. With brewed coffee and their hot chocolate is great!
