Like everyone giving negative reviews, they came to check the problem of my samsung front load washing machine.
They charged me 1200 but did nothing(they just pressed the buttons) and said that they need to pullout the machine, that's it.
The next day, they gave a quotation with the amount of 20k+.
I'm wondering how did they came up with that quotation without even disassembling the washing machine.
They just plan to change everything inside the washing machine. Lol.
Idiot technicians. Greedy owner. Close your store.

they were recommended by the samsung hotline and 3x they didn't come on their appointments and with no notice! when they finally came, took look at the washing machine, did nothing and just said the unit needs pull out, got paid PHP 1500 and that's that. No word from them for over a week now. Frankly, samsung should cancel their accreditation as a service partner!

Very Bad customer service. Does not live up to the committed timelines they provided. Samsung should cancel their partnership.

Napa wlang kwentang service center ewan ko paano nkakuha ng acridetition kay samsung nag schedule ako ng sabado hindi dumating hindi rin tumawag nag txt na darating sila ng martes at nag confirm ako buong araw ako nag hintay hindi rin dumating at hindi sinasagot ang tawag ko sayang ang isang araw na nag hintay sa wala
