Excellent customer service!

Customer oriented. You wouldn't have to stand-up for a queue. You can sit in their sofa and wait for your number to be called.

The staff here are snobbish—especially guys on the customer service. I felt like a ghost when I went there to report a concern. One more thing, they didn't resolve one of my concerns. I don't know why. Poor service.

Their CAM is useless as it can only be used Mondays-Fridays (except holidays) when the bank tellers are also present to take your deposits.

I hope they would give access to CAMs even during weekends, just like other BPI branches with CAMs. Without me being able to deposit into my BPI account, I'm afraid, I will just switch to other banks that can give such flexibility.

This BPI branch does not cater to the convenience of its customers. It is pure business and will entertain you if only you will invest your money to their branch. But when it comes to proper customer service handling, they wouldn't care enough.
I have been calling this branch since last week because I need to confirm if my request has been approved and arrived. However, none of my daily calls (from different hours) have been answered. They don't seem to care for their customers' welfare. Either the contact numbers given by their head office are not working, or their phones arw ringing but the employees does not give a damn to answer their customers.

They have numbering system for every transactions but not being followed.

Poor service.
