The people here are great. You can easily approach the manager and she will help you and make you feel like at ease. They give personal attention to their customers, from all levels, from the guard outside joking with my wife about his purple phone holder to the personal attention the bank manager extended us, a loyal customer.
The bank teller, whilst processing a request for us offline, made a phone call and suggested a better time to continue the transaction instead of doing it over the weekend, taking into consideration that I may be inconvenienced by the temporary loss of online access due to my request. Very considerate, great customer service.
