Such a great experience with these branch, friendly teller and manager. At sobrang konti ng tao mabuti na lang naisip ko dito sa branch na to kesa sa Santa Elena and Santo Niño Marikina Blockbuster kasi dun. Thank you sa mabilis na pag assist sa pag open ng account.

The lady manager here was very loud especially while conversing over the phone which was always set on a loud speakerrrr….so annoying to the entire place and to the customers as well...She must set a good example to her subordinates since she represents the bank and her collegues..Using an earphone is a must. I just can’t understand why she does it in a public workplace which is so unprofessuonal..The service is poor with regards to the wait time as well..Hope this concern will bring a better service to their clients and workplace.

Rude & unfriendly staff, specially the supervisors. Loud and screaming everywhere. One time I called them to ask for something. the telephone etiquette was poor, they were just like talking to their close friend, not a costumer. I hope that this bring to action. I know that this sound wrong but their costumer service is "squamy" like. If i can just put negative on the rating star this is 1 negative star

The problem on the ATM of this Gil Fernando Branch is they do not have cash for 100php or 500php denomination, only 1000php. So you can only withdraw at multiples of 1000php. Unlike the other BPI ATM on other branch, this one worse.

Rude and not friendly staff.

Slow service

Sobrang pangit ng service dito. Mag aantay ka ng mahigit isang oras para sa deposit transac lang. Tatlo ang counter, iisa ang teller, di nag iisip.

Poorest bank I've ever encountered . Slow moving mga transactions nila. How come nqging bangko ti ang ttagal nila mag transact . Sobrang nakaka disappointed tlaga. Wag na kayo pumunta sa branch na to. Almost an ahour ka pa naka upo and ang haba ng pila sa labas . Bpi sana ayosin nyo naman pag managed nyo.
