Makati City Hall

Had to pay for an illegal parking violation, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Efficient staff and process.

Finding parking may be a challenge though.

Had to update and pay for PTR, good thing that the transaction only lasted for less than 5min!
The window for this transaction is located at 3rd level, while amilyar and cedula were located at the Ground Floor.

I finished my transaction fast!
Plus, the building is fully air conditioned so it's not hot inside though some parts of the building is currently under renovation.
I really missed going to the Makati City Hall.
We were once living in Makati and it hasn't changed. I really love this place.

4/28/22 - Got a ticket for Disregarding Traffic Signs. Line was not long, it took me 40 minutes to get my license back.

So far the most organized Cityhall Ive ever visited, at par with Marikina. Maybe a bit bias since Im based in Marikina. Parking isnt a problem and offices are highly organized and efficient. 1st class city indeed!!!

The service I got this morning is great. The staff are very accomodating. Im grateful for what they showed me. Thank you Mayor Abby thanks to all the staff. God bless our City of Makati.

Easy transactions. Staff are nice and not masungit compared to other government offices.

Makati City Hall Building 1

While the area is busy and there are a lot of vehicles and people roaming around, the staff and the guards are very warm and helpful.

It may looked like it is difficult to park but there are abundant parking spaces for cars and motorcycle alike.

There are three buildings for Makati City Hall. Make sure to ask the guards where your transactions should be to save time from queues.

the place is clean and the entrance was quite high tech than what I have expected.

the processing for documents are quite fast that you wont take the whole day to do so. I just hope that they would have a photocopy area to improve their processing.

Very approachable Staff

Parking space is scarce but city hall attendants are always ready to assist. Service at the Real Property Tax section is fast and staff are congenial.
