Prices are high the young mechanic claims certain bike parts to be either faulty or worn down even though the said parts are almost brand new then the said mechanic tried to convince me to change to an oil slick part saying that it would look more stylish. There was one time while I was trying to buy new bottom bracket the cashier offered me a generic bottom bracket and the wrong size of what I specifically with the added bonus of the price being considerably more expensive as compared to the neco bb I ended up buying. overall if the owner of the shop isn't around the shop feels unprofessional and more like a stop over for people who got stranded on the highway to get their bikes up and running
