Since it has been improved, the facilities were new and clean. They have pasalubong center inside where different delicacies from various places were offered. It has an effective signage to help the new passengers easily find their destinations. At some places, you can opt for a bus or a van as a means of transportation.

Clean restroom, spacious and elegant design of the mall and its facilities. Just that once you step outside, it's like you're in a different place already.

Drivers are helpful. If you dont know what jeepney to ride, you can ask them and they will tell you which to ride. Was going to get my nbi and the palayan driver even dropped us off by the entrance of the palayan center

Terminal is very convenient with a mini mall for whatever you need before your trip. Drivers really follow the schedule.

Very clean. People especially drivers (jeepney, bus, tricycle), conductors ajd even vendors very polite and helpful

It's better now coz it's renovated and more shops and eatery are opened.

Bus conductors are polite and nice. In general, the service is good.

It is a good thing that the Terminal is now running 24 hours a day

More sheds for waiting passengers and there were lot of goods for snacks and pasalubong.
