Pag Asa Hospital

This is an underrated hospital. The nurses are totally the best, they accommodate all types of questions, requests and will do everything when they have nothing in stock. The doctors will tell you very specific what's your condition and will answer every question you have. Their limited space and small sized-hospital enable them to makes round the clock check-ups and follow-ups on their patients. They would ensure that whenever they come to your room or ward, they will let you know what will they be doing to the patient and if they are unable to answer your question, expect that you'll receive another call or another person to explain further the question you've been asking. Of course there will be some employees who will never fit the ideal caring attitude of the nurses and other medical employees but majority of them are the opposite of what you'll encounter in other private hospital. Surely this hospital lives up to the value of Pag-asa or Hope, and they will surely give that to you when you're confined. My Dad was admitted here when the doctor from Taytay wasn't able to fully diagnose what my Dad was going through. His right leg was amputated and he was so strong when he got out of the hospital. My Dad is already in heaven now and we're glad that he was once taken care by this hospital.

We were assisted quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The facilities though is in need of an upgrade.

Been admitted here two times in the same year, they were quick to process my HMO so everything went well. Facilities need to be improved but we were satisfied with their service.

Probably the worst hospital we’ve been to.

Not all but majority of the nurses always answer in a passive-aggressive tone even though you ask them politely and calmly. I understand the “toxic duty” scene in the hospital but they don’t have to be rude to the patient or patient’s relative for asking important questions relating sa condition ng patient. It seems like most of their staff, particularly the nurses don’t empathize with the patient’s worry and condition.

Also, they won’t update you about your status unless you asked them first. So you’ll end up waiting for a long time talaga.

I won't recommend nor go back to this hospital again. I can't feel the urgency in their movement considering the severity of your concerns. They prioritize payment over check up. I understand you need to pay however I don't think they have coordination to lessen the waiting time and won't consume 4-5 hours of your time. Patients need to rest and it is stressful to wait almost a quarter of your day.

One of the most unalign hospital, no proper coordination. As in literal na sobrang bagal. Patient's need to wait more than an hour just to get a vital signs. Not recommended Hospital in Binangonan.

Reserved two weeks before and the docgtor would not meet the appointment, Nurses are rude and made me 2 hours on the date of appointment only to nothing happen.

The ospital refuse to take a patient just because i dont have a card yet ang only got an email from maxicare with all my account details i do have all my IDs even a passport and yet they refuse

Always more than 3-4 hours of waiting. ER and OPD are processed in the same area (same queue).
