The tour was very relish for me and my friends. It was the first time that I took a tour in Baler but it was certainly gave me the best shot. The journey from Manila to Caramoan Island took almost 14hours longer than I had expected - the roads were terrible, always racing against other large vehicles and tricycles alike. The driver was on his own and sleepy most of the time so had to stop every so often. I would take the flight to naga next time and start the journey from there. Otherwise Caramoan was an amazing place to visit.

Extremely disappointed with their (Baguio joiners) tour. The vehicle/van used was not in good condition (Nissan Urvan Escapade). The Radiator overheat on our way back to Manila with several stopovers (summer heat, oh my) . The Astrokidd management did not even bother calling us with the situation we were in despite our messages and calls. Some (9 joiners) opt to ride the bus. The driver, with constant monitoring of radiator temperature, then managed to bring us (5 others) to MOA. Traumatic at nakakadala. First time to join a tour service tapos ganito pa. Mabuti na lang mabait yung driver despite the heated conversation with other passengers. And thank God we're alive!

We paid for Ilocos-Vigan-Pagudpud exclusive tour. The driver did not follow the iterinary, not very informative. Doesn't communicate well. Bad driving skills. It was not a memorable experience at all.

Not good experience we had in alaminos in particular no travel coordinator to adddress any problem like we encounter in vista travelers inn there was no accomodation for our group , The driver of our van serves as coordinator pala na he didnt have knowkedge on this.. we were ought to transfer to another travelers inn we thougt its their sister company, sad to say we were the ones who settle the problem with la vista's since both parties doesnt want to talk with each other, after lots of argument our boys settle this problem with vista...

At the last minute ng Travel namin nag cancel sa passengers etong agency na ito. Dahil daw na naaksidente mga kasama namin. Di ko ba alam kung maniniwala ako o dinadahilan nila dahil 8 lang kami sa van. NOT ACCCOMODATING PA KUNG SANA MAN NA MAGCACANCEL KAYO BETTER TO HELP YOUR CLIENTS NA NAPERWISYO NA HANAPAN SILA NG SASALO NA AGENCY. Ni hindi nyo man lang gawan ng paraan and kausap pa kayo sa call binabaan nyo na kami. Ang saya po di ba. Kung sa inyo guys humanap na lang kayo ng ibang agency baka magaya kayo sa amin.
