All the staff were friendly and caring.

This hospital lacks proper patients and process management. They were unable to give sufficient information to the patients about the fees and other related matter. It seems intentional to take advantage of patients' lack of knowledge and exploit asking for fees which could not be avoided if only told ahead of time or make the patients decide before proceeding. My experience was terrible throughout. Lacks comfortable accommodation despite expensive fees. Another thing that really is unsatisfactory is the 'consultation' that ended up not being consulted. It's beyond disappointment not having proper talk with the doctor. In some cases, the doctor is not present despite having a schedule and the patients will talk over the phone through nurses unable to fully deal with the patients' conditions or worries which is not approriate. The doctor lacks concern and initiative to give medical advices, and inquiring the patients' status or ask for further clarifications and the like. The patients are not able to utilize what they pay for by not having proper face-to-face encounter with the doctor and not having enough time for the 'consultation' in order to fully answer all the patient's questions.

This hospital is waste of money and time. For the check up and medicine which only lasted for couple of minutes took 3,750 pesos already! They will refer you to be admitted but only for monitoring. You have to pay for room, atigen and covid tests they said if needed to perform others test that they dont have they will have to refer me to other hospital. Useless!

Overall experience I would say we paid for nothing. We came here hoping better healthcare than what we are giving at home but instead we experienced almost the same management. Only difference is the IV line being inserted. Too expensive which doesn’t match the service rendered. Won’t recommend to anyone. Staff and Doctors are kind thats the only good thing.

Old, derelict building, full of cockroaches, mosquitos, leaking pipes, unsanitary restrooms

The hospital was not very welcoming. The information lady was giving me mean stares and she was not even trying to pay attention to what I was saying. The doctor who assisted me was talking too fast, it's like he doesn't want me to catch up. I waited for an hour and a half, just to get checked! Never coming back to this place again.

been calling them for a couple of hours para malaman how mag pa appointment sa doctor, hmo accredited ba and anong time kasi malayo pa kami and para hindi masayang ang oras pero hindi sila sumasagot sa lahat ng number. Ending pumunta kami dun and hindi pala sila naka on hold pala HMO nila sayang lang punta namin na hindi sana mangyayari kung sumasagot sila sa tawag. worst experience talaga.

Last ko nang balik dito kanina. Mas matagal pa yung hinintay mo sa OPD kesa sa consultation proper. Ang mahal pa ng fee.. not worth it.. 900php nagmamadali pa yata yung doctor, wala pang 5 mins. niresetahan na ako. Ramdam ko na hindi willing sagutin yung mga questions ko. Maghanap na lang kayo ng ibang hospital!

Sana may 0 star. 1 day stay halos 100k agad. Gamit namin HMO and mukang gusto nila ubusin ang laman ng card. Andaming charges tapos pag icheck ko un price ng mga gamot sa labas Triple ang presyo. Pag nag tanong ka ituturo ka lang nila kung san saan tapos wala makasagot. mukhang binabawi yung gastos sa maysha hotel. WAG KAYO MAG TRY DITO.

Don't ever consider going to this hospital. They OVERCHARGE patients with HMO. 3 days in the hospital, hindi naman maganda ang facilities, binigyan ka lang ng gamot for diabetes, at ginagamot daw ang pneumonia, 150k? Walang invasive tests, walang CT Scan, walang XRay, walang MRI or kahit anong expensive tests tapos 150k? Ano kayo, high end na ospital? They would charge you so much for PPEs na hindi naman nila pinapalitan everytime papasok sila sa kwarto nyo.

THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!!! Do not ever include this in your option/s. I would suggest that you consider public hospitals than this!!!! Ito lang ang ospital na walang doctor palagi!!! Room rate is at 2400/night na walang kakwenta kwenta. Palolobohin lang nila hospital bill mo ng walang nangyayare. Okay lang sana magbayad ng mahal kung maganda serbisyo. Pero ito, no!!!!! They would suggest several lab tests and inform that it's an emergency kaya need to produce payment for such pero their treatment do not show that it's an emergency. Poorest service ever!!!!!!!!!!
