Okay this isn’t your average tour that doesn’t mean it’s bad. The whale sharks were amazing and a good time was had. Make sure you put everything in the locker before getting on the boat and I mean everything except for the gear you’re going to use the snorkel. The boats are designed for any storage at all. The trip is a little out of the way but very worth it. The guides were nice and the atmosphere was calm

Always packed with people, but whale sharks are fascinating to see. tourists might be rude with everyone trying to get to sharks as close as possible with their diving fins.

Got there early-ish to beat the lines (7:30) quick environmental briefing to reduce disturbance to the whalesharks and then load in a small boat (10ppl) they paddle you 200ft out and in the water by 8:15. You can rent any sort of equipment/dive.

Highly recommend grabbing flippers or diving for better filming (you can pay your guide to film you, and they are professional-can hold their breath for like 2 minutes).

They feed the sharks krill or shrimp feed and there were 7-10 whalesharks. You can independently swim around the large area to see them, and routinely turn around with 1-2 right behind you 👀

All in all good organization, they push pace, and remain respectful of the wildlife. Very unique experience👌

Great experience! My wife got the Filipina price P700 while I got the American price P1500, even though we’re both born and raised in America LOL! No complaints though, it’s a great value for the experience. Highly recommend!

Lila, Bohol is home to many whale sharks, the world’s largest living sharks. They’re huge but harmless. It’s always best to bring your own gear and equipment. Must-have items include goggles and snorkels for hygienic purposes.

Swimming with the whale sharks in Lila Bohol will be an experience of a lifetime!

The water can be cloudy with strong current depend on the weather.

Whale shark watching was a delightful experience. Initially, I felt scared, but the workers assured me that there was nothing to fear as the whale sharks are friendly. It was a fantastic time swimming with them. The workers and employees were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I did!

We arrived here around 11am and there were only a few tourists left in the queue. We were the last group to swim with the whale sharks.

Small enough so it's not too crowded, good facilities, everyone is friendly and aiming to get you the best possible experience. The whalesharks are fed here, and because of that the visibility is not perfect, but you will surely get to see these beautiful creatures.

My first time seeing whale shark. They were just literally swimming in front of you and so close. Better to be there very early morning to avoid the heat. There is shower room where you can take shower then go on the next places. You can also borrow GoPro for pictures and video taking. The paddlers are happy to help you.

a must experience in bohol. well coordinated by the locals, courteous guide and boatman. if you will visit, the site is just an hour from panglao island. i would suggest for you to be there before 10am as the gentle giants swims away by 11am.

fee is reasonable but needs to improve shower room and changing room.

all in all its a great experience.

Nice service at the seaside location. Good training wheel shakes because they continue feeding shrimp for whale shark

We saw 3 whale sharks. It was great! The place where they feed the sharks is about 50 to 75 meters from the shore.

If you got a chance to go to Bohol island, you got to see the whale shark! It’s a new sightseeing spot. The entrance fee includes a rental diving goggles and 30 mins of snorkeling with whale sharks. Be sure to make reservation as early as possible.

Well, it was cloudy water and people knocking into each other, but I saw 7 sharks and was very pleased. 3 of the sharks just sat with mouth open to the boat, but they had some that would swim right at you with an open mouth. Wow. 30 mins was plenty and not rushed. We went at 10 am and got right into a paddle boat and to the sharks in about 1 min. It was a Wednesday (planned this to avoid lots of people. I think they might go earlier in the day) closes at 1130, but I'm not sure if that is when they sell the last ticket or finish at 1130.

Beautiful and amazing experience. Tours start about 5am-10am. 1500 peso a person which includes snorkel and boat ride. 250 extra pesos if you want fins. Highly recommend going early before the crowds show up. Ask about the water’s visibility before buying your ticket, because the water can be cloudy and hard to see in.

You should go now before the tourists get hold of this once-in-a-lifetime tour. If you have a car or a motorcycle, you can go there yourself and pay at the ticket counter. A catamaran will take you to the sharks which is not far. These are young sharks so they are not giant. People feed them so that they stay fairly close on the surface. This is a big plus for tourists who do not have to dive down far to see them. These sharks stay fairly close to you. In fact, some of them did touch me but we're not supposed to touch them. The whole time with the sharks is about 1/2 hour which is plenty. After that there was fresh water to rinse off. Don't miss it when you visit Bohol.
