Nice village! I’ve visited the P3&P4, the cuts are big. They already have basketball covered court, club house with function areas and pools for adults and kids. The village is 30min drive to Tagaytay.

The main road is very far away from the main subdivision. You need at least to have your own vehicle. There is no public transportation inside the area. The location is in a rural area and the nearest mall is a 30-40 minute drive. It is a nice place if you want to live far away from the city and to have some peace and quiet. But someday if people starts to move in and occupy every houses, it will become a busy street full of people.

Good ambience and more project developement and improvements.and the weather is cool and fresh and the location and roads are good.highly recommended and good for investment and good investment house property.

A very nice subdivision. Houses are very affordable and the village is really huge. Good for outdoor running and exercises.
