Do what your patient tells you. You can suggest or recommend but the decision should still be your patient verdict. Your attitude is very unethical. You can't just do as you please just because you are a doctor. You are a public servant. Be like one and act like one. Don't act rude just because we don't want to pay you more for something that we don't need. We will definitely not coming back and most certainly will not recommend. You are better than this.
