Dapat dito zero star..
Sobrang tagal nila magprocess, sobrang nakakairita yung mga staff hindi ka nila inientertain agad sa concern mo. Hindi nacocontact yung telephone number paputol nyo na kaya yan! Hindi din sumasagot sa email! Kakasisi naman na ito pa napili ko na branch. Wag na kayo dito magtransact.
Sana makarating sa management nyo to na grabe sama ng customer service ng branch na to.

Mayayabang ang staff pati manager. They will not entertain you pag nakapambahay ka lang. kahit guard not welcoming. Prang irita sila and tingin sa sarili high and mighty. Sa lahat ng banks na napuntahan ko this is the worst. Pag pasok mo palang prang prinoprofile ka na at jinujugde. Titignan ka pa mula ulo hanggang paa. Mga antipatiko at antipatika kala ko sila may ari ng banko 🙄
