7 day store return policy was a bit unfair given the nature of my product that I purchased (Hanabishi Ice Maker worth 6,700) had a lot of moving parts compared to a simple hammer or screwdriver. It broke in less than a week. When I took it back to get it replaced, they turned me away stating that it was past the 7 day period. I purchased the product on the 15th, tried to return it on the 25th given I live 2 hours away from Pagadian, I have a full time job, and it's the pandemic. The best they could do was refer me to the Service Center. Guess what? It takes 2 months to get it fixed. So much for customer satisfaction. Never again will I purchase expensive products here if the store policy is the same. Hopefully DTI will notice. Some stores even have a 14 day policy. At least the security guard was nice and attentive.
