Located near Gaisano Mall same lane as Hotel Guillermo. The hotel does not have security guards when we visited. No elevator too. The reception desk is right in front upon entering the hotel. Front desk personnel is not as friendly for my liking. The gave me a vibe that they do not want or need guests. Room that we stayed in is a matrimonial room, for 1200.00 php., however it is rather small for its price. Their bathroom has hot and cold water and a guest kit is available upon request. There is a Wi-Fi connection although not that strong. They do not offer complimentary breakfast.

For what was needed it was fine. And they had hot water and a nice toilet 🚽.

Noisy, clean, service ok, location not so great.
