Low cost but comfortable. Recently, there was a water problem but I hope it's already okay now.

The hotel is just beside C3 building in Pagadian city. Very affordable, with elevator. Although the rooms were a bit small but it is still good.

For a pension inn that offers short time service it is clean. This place is clean and have heard the Manager fired someone for not doing his or her job. Which for me means she really is doing her job.

Anyway. Getting here from the Intergrated Bus Terminal is easy. You just ride the multicab, minimum fare is Php10-. You just get off when they are in their waiting area because the inn is just 10 meters from it. But if your from airport, you just say Asia United Bank or AUB. The fare from there is quite expensive like around Php150-.

Arriving in the inn, there is a receptionist and although not that approachable but it is okay. The room rate I got was Php500-. There is also a 12hour accommodation. You'll see in the picture their room rate.

Anyway, this in have an elevator that reaches up to 5th floor. Then you can just take the stairs to get to 6th floor. The room is small but clean. They have a white linen bedsheet with towel and blanket as well as 2 small soap and 2 sachet of rejoice. There is a box-type tv with cable. The CR as pail and basin.

They have wifi too but only in the ground floor. The inn is really close commercial establishment. You won't get hungry as there are lots of food shops nearby like Jollibee, Chowking..

Btw, if you roam around the minimum fare is Php10- but if you go somewhere farther you can add some Php5- or depending on the distance.

If you would like to stay in the heart of the city where everything is near, come visit and stay here, the cheapest place to stay. Along the highway, shops are so near, u can walk to reach more shops, and its safe here

While staying at that In you can walk in nearby other establishments and stroll the City.
