The staff in the Marketing Unit assigned to process MDRs of 4Ps/Sponsored clients has the worst customer service. She didn't even asked us what we are there for. She was angrily asking for the required papers not even telling us politely what papers should we submit for our purpose of transaction. Letting us fill out forms angrily without even giving us pens (good thing I bought one outside).

I believe that no matter what the socio-economic status of a person, one should treat him/her with respect.
THAT STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I DIDN'T FEEL AN OUNCE OF KINDNESS FROM HER FOR HER CLIENTS.

The lines are TOO LONG that it takes up most of your day. You have to arrive at DAWN to get a number so that you can process before their cut-off which is at 2pm. Very frustrating, pls fix this.

Long lines, started from 8am finished my transaction at 3pm

The worst philhealth service branch. Tiguma Pagadian. Ang haba ng pila isa lang ang nag aassist sa counter. Not friendly at all ang mga staff. Whole day ka mag hintay para lang mag bayad ng philhealth mo sa kanila.
